Our compassionate, human-first, and evidence-based counselling and psychotherapy is available for women and gender-diverse people (16+) across Ontario, who are experiencing:

Whether youโre new to therapy or have been around the therapy block before, youโll find a space that is 0% judgement and 100% authenticity.
Currently, our services are available virtually across Ontarioโ meaning you can roll into a session from the comfort of your own couch. We are entirely online right now, with the intention to expand to include in-person availability in the near future.
