Cancellation, Late, & No-Show Policy

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, or miss your scheduled session, 100% of the booking fee will apply.

Cancellations that are made via hello@thelabyrinthalcove.ca or (647) 963-6760, at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time, will be processed without penalty.
