Pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood reshape more than your daily routine. They reshape your body, identity, relationships, and nervous system. It can feel tender and beautiful, and also overwhelming, confusing, or lonely— sometimes all within the same hour.
It’s common to carry this silently because reaching out feels vulnerable— exposing, hard. And still, you were never meant to hold it alone.
